Demetria Winters is the Founder of the organization Black Butterfly Queens Life Coach. Demetria has served in the armed forces and is a veteran. She is now a mental health nurse, life coach, published author, and entrepreneur who assists black women with transforming their lives by taking control of their emotional and mental health. Demetria is an advocate for Black Women's Mental and Emotional Wellness. She has a passion to help her clients overcome feelings of worthiness and low self-esteem. During this episode, she shares her background and the trauma she had to work through to become the Mental Health Nurse and Life Coach helping woman transform their lives.
