Sharn is a learning and development professional and an executive coach .

She brings over 24 years’ experience of developing people across the legal, financial services and utilities sectors. This experience includes over 20 years of coaching senior professionals, managers and leaders to overcome their personal and professional obstacles.

Sharn left the corporate world in 2018 to set up her own coaching and development business. Her work focuses on supporting professional women to take control by changing their mindset and removing self-doubt to create a career and life that gives them purpose and makes them feel valued.

Sharn creates a safe space to think! Enabling her clients to share their fears and vision for the future by listening, encouraging and supporting them to create practical steps that enable them to value themselves and achieve the career and life they want.

Alongside her business Sharn enjoys supporting others and volunteers as the joint lead for the CIPD Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire branch mentoring scheme.

She is a qualified Personal and Business coach (PGCert), a Member of the International Coaching Federation and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as an accredited practitioner for a range of psychometric tools.
