Clayton took the plunge and stepped out of the corporate world and started his own business in January 22 based on a huge amount of experience in Leadership himself.
In Clayton's words...
'Leaders change lives, their leadership has the ability to influence a team member's development and future in a good or bad way, my mission is to make sure it's always a good way.'
As Clayton said this journey has really helped him find out so much more about himself than he had anticipated and he believes it is about getting comfortable with the uncomfortable.
