The ego lacks compassion, it judges and criticizes, it is narrow minded and small. The ego is there to keep us safe in society, keep us in our comfort zones and conform but this is not helpful all the time. The larger self allows us to be aware and to study ourselves and it recognizes that the ego is false.
We are infinite light, we are compassion and we are love. Our ego and society wants to dim this light and keep us small, and in this episode I discuss how to keep shining brightly and how to stop living within the tight constraints of society.
