A 'download' can be experienced and interpreted in many different ways by everybody individually, I teach from my personal lens of perception in the hope that people will resonate or take inspirations from the life lessons I have learned and the experiences I have had.
 A spiritual 'download' is streaming ideas, information and inspiration from the universe, and this can come about at any time. This can often be accessed in meditations, dreams or when the divine decides the time is right, and today I want to share with you the magic of 'downloads' and what it has done for me.
