Episode Synopsis
This was my entry for SLAY Radio's Arok Tribute Remix competition, held on the 13th of August, 2020. It ended up on 6th place.
I was watching the Gubbdata 2020 demo competition in late June, and Hoaxers one-file entry came up.
It was instant love with the song by Møllpauk in the demo! I sent him a message on Facebook to ask if he could send me the SID, and he did. It was on repeat in my headphones for a while, so I decided that I wanted to cover it!
The song itself has a middle-eastern feel, and I wanted to emphasize that with some string instrument, and a cello lead did exactly what I wanted! And as usual, I needed a darker element, or chapter, to the story, so that is exactly what you get!
