A deep bow to all practitioners.In this practice, Sarah Jane shares thoughts on the purpose and practice of mindfulness through the Early Buddhist lens and highlights some aspects of the Satipatthana Sutta, an early practice guide in the voice of the Buddha. She suggests a few yin postures in which to dwell while practicing each of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness--body, feelings, mind, and phenomena.Yin postures include butterfly, sphinx, and supine twists.
