Ever catch yourself saying things like:

- 'I'm just a Mom' 
- 'I just skate at this _______________ level'
- 'Just a skating coach...'

It's a short word, but using the word 'just' in this way has a big impact: and it's not a good one!

When we minimize who we are and what we bring to the people and activities of our lives, we miss out.  It might seem like a small distinction, however, in my experience it can affect results in a major way.
This Episode is a rant on the fact that no matter how you are involved in skating or whatever stage you're at, you MATTER!
