Welcome back sister brewers! In today's episode we have a very special guest and her name is Bree. Bree is a cancer survivor and she was diagnosed with a brain tumor 17 years ago. In this episode we do get a little serious and go through the challenges of ones life when faced with this disease. During this difficult time in her life Bree was turned to breathing techniques which is where her awareness of breathing came from.
