Build yourself physically to avoid being physically hurt and build yourself mentally to withstand unkind and hurtful language, bullying and other's opinions. Being tolerant and not overly sensitive seems to be something of the past. Well, I think it's time to bring it back. There's no way you're going to get 100% of the population to play nice. It's just not going to happen.
