In this weeks episode I give updates on 6 month follow ups from the girls. And I talk about how to find something to try and distract your mind and keep it busy when your kids aren’t around to help not worry and feel empty and alone. I talk about how the ex seems different but is it just another stage or is it a long run. Only time will tell. And this recording was done in a different location because as a single parent free time is limited. And sorry no Twinning this week. I tried to get them to do it.
