Often times in our alone time thoughts are racing through our minds, "are we enough, will we ever be enough, why did this have to happen and why did they have to happen". While those thoughts bring us to a place that feels so sunken, those thoughts are the thoughts that propel us to something greater is if we allow it. What I mean by that is, in life people, places and things happen to us and most times they happen for our good. However, most times we are so hellbent on what happened and how it made us feel in that moment and the shame that follows. While that thought is not wrong, it most certainly leaves us stuck. And trust me, you don't want to be stuck, so with that in mind, I want to encourage you that in these moments of alone time and deep thinking, please know that you needed all of that to become all of this. In life, life will life but what will you do. Try thinking the highest thought.
