In this episode, I share journaling about the nearness of God and how He desires us to ask for things like wisdom and provision for our needs. Oftentimes we don’t realize how close God is because we have built up walls around our hearts as we live in this world. Those walls may have been protective and needed at one point in our lives, but when they stay in place they also block us from good things. As we open up more we can also connect with God through our asking, especially when that asking is aligned to the purest, most authentic parts of ourselves. I also share a little about my own struggle with understanding faith and how God can actually help us in our unbelief.
