In this episode, I share journaling that centers on the idea that connection requires authenticity.  Connection with God starts with stillness, but quickly requires vulnerability in order to connect more deeply.  We may avoid stillness because we’re afraid of facing what is underneath, but as we discover what is most authentically ourselves we also develop deeper connections with others and a more fulfilling life.
