John Alex and Curtis Ktichen from SSH join Amy Cowperthwait to talk about how you can take advantage at your organization or school.#HCSimWeek was started in 2017 by a group of individuals who wanted to create a dedicated week to highlight the impact of healthcare simulation. The week is meant to be a local celebration, with each organization and community customizing their own events and activities.  @SimulationSociety supports the week by providing resources, such as toolkits and a map where participants can share their events. The theme for Healthcare Simulation Week 2024 is 'Launch Pad to Legacy, What's Your Next?' which encourages simulationists to think about their future endeavors and advancements in the field. The week includes webinars, where participants can learn from experts and ask questions, as well as various local events and activities.
