Welcome to Simply Talk, a show brought to you by Simply Creative.On today's episode we are joined by Jonathan Vargas, born in New York City but brought to South Florida at an early age to become the filmmaker that we all know today... Only thing was that he didn't know it at the time. His love for Cinema started around the age of six, from watching Godzilla films on VHS to discovering the greats such as Martin Scorsese, Alfred Hitchcock, Akira Kurosawa and etc. In the years to follow, Jonathan has won awards in both television and film projects such as his short film  “Side Effects” which has won a total of 14 awards at several festivals. As of now, he is currently finishing his debut feature film "Negativity" which he hopes to release by the end of the year. Now, grab a drink and your favorite snack as we discuss what it  took to make a feature film during the pandemic, and the lessons learned in the process.Stay Creative
