We all get a little overwhelmed sometimes, if not a lot. Our thoughts can run wild with excuses or reasons to slow us down. We waste our time when these thoughts flood our brain, conforming us to society's daily routines because it is comfortable. Over the years I've learned to give myself little mindsets to insert when I start to feel this way. They help prevent me from falling in with the norm, breaking free into a beautiful world of creative ease.
