Don’t fret! We have a VERY SIMPLE idea for you to try if procrastination is something you deal with.
It’s called the Pomodoro Method, which is a time management method based on 25-minute stretches of focused work broken by five-minute breaks.
Michelle and Lisa share ways to use this method for all areas of your life: body, mind, and spirit. They also share the powerful results they have experienced using these focused work times in their own lives.
