We know you all can relate. Michelle used to do this habit and loved it. But, somewhere along the way, she dropped it. She is now recognizing she wants to bring it back! But, when? How? And, why?
Listen in as Lisa guides Michelle through a process she uses with her clients and writes about in her upcoming book, Grace-Filled Habits. Lisa asks Michelle the following questions:
What is your why? Your motivation? How will this new habit benefit you or others in your life?
How much time do you have to dedicate to your new habit?
What are some potential obstacles to this habit? What might get in the way? And, how can you plan around those things?
