We try to learn new stuff to avoid not knowing what to do, we try to get a high paying job to avoid running out of money, we try to create a schedule to avoid running out of time. We always try to avoid problems and that is completely normal. However, even though we plan ourselves and try to create a protection around us, problems tend to appear.
