Since Jan 2025, podcast being produced on Mixlr as MySimoneNicole..This series of apolitical episodes, focusing on a healthy lifestyle, is presented by your host, the OLD guy Joshua, who in real life is Simone's father. He started these podcasts in 2017 with the prime goal of lifting up and encouraging folk, who may be dealing with serious life challenges, be those challenges, health, finance, relationships, PTSD or whatever else. While, at he same time, he is honoring and commemorating Simone's brief life.Each episode has tips and reminders on natural health options and alternatives, to improve one's mental, physical and spiritual health, mingled among some of the OLD guy's music selections; which can go anywhere!
