My guest today is entrepreneur Ian James. He is the co-founder of the brand Melrose & Morgan.

Melrose & Morgan is a modern grocer and kitchen with shops in Primrose Hill and Hampstead Village, London.

Ian believes that local shops should be at the heart of the community. He has a passion for supporting local bakers, fishmongers, butchers, specialty cheese suppliers, and other independent retailers and is committed to championing small-scale artisan producers through his shops and on-line store.

Ian has been focused on making his retail dream come true for the last 15 years - working on any business even your own for 15 years isn't easy and he will share some of the highs and lows and lessons learnt along the way with us today.
