Ryan Raddatz, or perhaps more fondly known by his Philmont friends as "Raddish,” joins the show today to discuss Rayado, Philmont music, inclusive scouting, and more.Ryan praises the musicianship and skill of todays staff, recalling how campfire dynamics of the 90s were more spontaneous and on the fly - a collaboration of new and refired musicians learning from one another.
