Each week for the next 13 weeks Shannon Sommers and Chip Minnich will be discussing the State of the Big Ten. Every week they will have a different person who covers the respected teams on to discuss the post Spring practices, coaching changes, recruiting outlook and possibly facitility upgrades.The first installment will be about the Illinois Fighting Illini.
