On this week’s episode I speak with Taylor Remington founder of ‘Rooakh’, an online platform teaching Christ-centred meditation and contemplative practices through various mediums. Taylor has a deep understanding of both the historical and practical aspects of the discipline of meditation. He has a BA in Inter-Cultural Studies with an emphasis on indigenous cultures and practices, as well as a minor in Biblical studies from Biola University. He also completed his MA in Theology and Religion from the Claremont School of Theology, where his studies focused on transpersonal aspects of experience and becoming.
