This podcast explores and explains Yorkton Hub, a collaborative effort by local agencies, provincial government ministries and organizations that help those in Yorkton who need assistance to stay out of harm's way, or to prevent harm to others. The Hub deals with situations where the front-line supporting agency has exhausted its options, and calls on other agencies to assist. It is a model of co-operation and collaboration that does interventions on average once a week to offer help to those who need that assistance.
