Episode Synopsis
We talk with the manager of SIGN Life Skills, a program for youth ages 12 to 20 years of age -- and sometimes a bit older, depending on community need and interest. It is a preventive and proactive program which focuses on assisting youth to develop life skills to benefit them as they enter the adult world. It offers both individual mentorship and opportunities to participate in various group activities. The program hours are flexible so that they meet the needs of the youth and their family.
