Personally... screen time (whether on the tv, computer, or phone) is NOT where I want to spend my life. I don't place a high value on it...what about you?!?
Today Judy and I talk about how screen time eats away at our lives. We discuss how tv watching Netflix binging, and Facebook scrolling can be buffering activities. Then we get into something called habit stacking to take back control over our time and move toward what we really value.
