For our first episode of Season 2 we welcomed Kate Kunkel on our show to talk about her decision to relocate to Ecuador in order to setting up shop with a business venture. Kate is a Canadian American currently living in Ecuador with her husband and runs the resort Casas Pacificos. She is also the Author of the book "Don't Let the Memories Fade" which addresses the best ways to prevent dementia via healthy living.
