Mordechai receives a message through the verses recited by children that Israel will rise up to the test of self sacrifice for G-d, and Mordechai rejoices.However, then Mordechai rents his garments, and goes out crying, creating a mourning by all the Jews. Why?!Because while Mordechai knew that Israel will arise to the occasions, nevertheless, in order to make this happen, he would have to arouse the Jewish Spark within each and ever Jew.In other words: Worry not if G-d is forgiving us, for G-d is! Rather, work on being able to open our mind, hear, and soul, so that we can internalize G-d's forgiveness.
