Episode Synopsis

Breaking down Imposter Syndrome and everything that comes with it.....
Whitney is a wife and mom to two beautiful black boys. She is a black, queer woman and lives with/cope from/survived mental health conditions, racial trauma, childhood sexual trauma, addiction, and imposter syndrome. In other words, she is an average, black, millennial.
Also, she is a civil rights attorney, an anti-racist, a podcast host, and an equity and inclusion consultant to law firms across the country. I teach principals of anti-racism and racial justice advocacy to attorneys and advocates, and to help foster cultural humility and inclusivity within the workplace.
As a civil rights attorney, she works to advance the lives of people living in poverty, people enslaved in prisons and jails, and people of color.  She is an abolitionist, and believes that the carceral system in the United States must be re-imagined outside of a capitalist, imperialist lens.
She believes folks of color are the best. Her work and life's mission is to help others to believe this as well, and then to inspire changes which positively impact, honor, and celebrate our greatness.
