When you go through a heartbreaking event, your mind starts to head towards negative thoughts, forgetting about all the good in life that you have.

It is important not to lose sight of that, and by using affirmations, and positive self talk scripts you can bring back a sense of normality and heal in the process. 

Endings are never easy in any scenario; we all go through our own healing process and that’s ok.

You will start to see the good in you, when the timing is right for you.
