Every year, thousands of Canadian teachers make a shift—either moving to a new grade, a new school or both. Sometimes they choose to make the shift and sometimes the change is owing to factors outside their control. But whether chosen or not, most know that the shift will require new learning and new approaches. This is Shifts Happen—a summer podcast series dedicated to the teachers who are making a change in September.
