Relationships can be fragile. We all long for them, but we also all know what it is like to be hurt by them. Over time, we come to learn that all relationships must be governed by certain principles if they are to be successful. When it comes to relationships, the Word of God is the gold standard. The principles found there bring life to all our relationships, and remind us that there is no relationship God can’t fix if we will offer it to Him.

The problem is that sometimes the principles we bring to our relationships are actually eroding them. They are principles that we picked up in a bar or from friends, who are just as confused and broken from relationships as we are. But what if God has provided a better way? What if God wants more from our relationships than we are getting and has shown us the way in His Word?

Join us this weekend as we glean some principles from Ruth and Boaz as they seek to build a relationship together. These principles are for any relationship. It could be a friendship, a courtship, or even a battleship (a possible metaphor for marriage).
