Sahithi is a sexual abuse survivor and activist, who was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after a deep personal loss in her early 20s. Her earlier experiences further contributed to deterioration of her mental health.
She sought therapy, and focused on her passion for Kuchipudi to recover from her diagnosis. Today, she is a writer, a mental health advocate and a clinical psychologist in the making.
