Sometimes ya just need to sit with a girlfriend and pour it out! My great friend, fellow momprenuer and former client, Ashley McAnsch and I chat alllll about the elephant in the room aka the invisible load of a mother and woman. When this “ish” hits the fan, it usually falls on us as moms. When practices change, when kids get sick, when things shift and move in the day unexpectedly, we usually take the grunt of it. From scheduling the doctor appointments, the to-do lists, the arguments from displaced anger, the emotions, not to mention our hormones HA! We carry SO MUCH.
