In this episode, I was honoured to interview an exceptional guest. Julia Crawford. HR consultant and the founder of People Pillar, a fast-growing HR consultancy with a big emphasis on HR strategy, great hr and building great teams.
With over 20 years experience in HR in a range of industries, Julia started her business in July 2020. Julia and her team, work with small business owners and MDs on a full spectrum of HR activities from a start up taking on their first employee, through to day to day operational HR support on things such as recruitment to advice on sickness absence to redundancies through to more strategic support helping businesses achieve their business goals through their people.
Julia is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, has a Masters in HR Management, is a coach and a DiSC practitioner.
