Episode Synopsis

I reflect on turning 34 and being solidly in my mid-thirties. While I don't mind aging, I am a fool for nostalgia and am blown away by how quickly time passes. Nonetheless, my 33rd year has given me many lessons, and I'm excited to settle into the person I was always meant to be at 34.In the advice section, I discuss how to find direction and purpose in the middle of life. As someone who has achieved some of the goals I set out for myself in my twenties, I offer advice on how to set new goals and deal with the fear and uncertainty that comes with taking risks.I am grateful for the opportunity to share my thoughts and experiences with you on this podcast. I appreciate every listener, and I hope that my words help you embrace the messy middle of your own life.As always, I appreciate your support and feedback. Thank you for being a part of my journey.Essay From The MddlSolidly Mid-Thirties NowEpisode sponsored by:Support From The MddlFor more Sharing The Mddl:Come support me on Patreon!Submit your own question for advice.
