Today's guest is Mike Silva. Mike is currently a Chief Compliance Officer at a top tier international bank. Prior to this he was a global law firm partner, a former GE Company Officer and a former senior Federal Reserve official with extensive experience as a leader of regulatory, compliance, and legal staffs in circumstances ranging from business as usual, to complex change, to crisis management.
Prior to starting his career in the financial industry, Mike was a F-14 Tomcat Naval Flight Officer assigned to Navy Fighter Squadron 142.
