Lauren emphasizes the importance of leading with joy and creating cultural change in the nonprofit and agriculture sectors. Lauren highlights the challenges of budget constraints and the need for adaptability and support for her team. She advises women in leadership to delegate tasks and focus on their areas of expertise.
