Jillian-Kasha Rexford is originally from saint petersburg florida, with primary residence the past 10 years in Massachusetts. She attended Brandeis University and left her junior year after being diagnosed with a lifelong brain disease. She has always hustled, watching her single mom build herself up all her life after her father began a life sentence. Prior to owning she rented apartments and then charged by the room to live rent free. She did what she could where she was and with what she had. Career wise and she has worked in the Tech space for the last few years at giants like Facebook (Meta), Amazon and Microsoft. Prior to that she has been in many trades from non profit to insurance and even caregiving.
In 2016 she purchased her first FHA multiple family in Massachusetts. In 2020 she began to explore real estate investing as a long term lifestyle change. Married in 2021, her husband and she, self taught, took some risk and gambled on their FHA loan refinancing into hard money, using the equity to start the BRRRR method. Currently with 10 doors, they have made great progress but have so much room to grow. They have big goals because they both are providers in their family and lots of people depend on them. They were both raised by strong single mothers and they also seek to provide early retirement for them as well. YouTube, Google, trial and error has been her teacher thus far and she is ready to take investments to the next level.
