She started her real estate journey with no money, no credit, no connections, and after a few unsuccessful ventures, got her footing with a 3 family house-hack. She grew that first property into ownership in multiple multifamily projects and is now on a mission to help others do the same. She founded Noirvest Holdings, a private equity REI firm, to help minorities, women and other overlooked individuals build wealth through increasing access to "privileged" multifamily investments. She is also the founder of Microfamily Mavericks, a mentorship program designed to help people of color learn to invest in small multifamily properties as the stepping stone to building a portfolio that will unlock the freedom they deserve.
