Have you ever struggled with finding your identity outside of teaching? In the recent years, I have found that I bury myself in work rather than enjoying the time I spend on my own, with friends, with family, etc.  I went from full-time employee to being my own boss and never took the time to really find out who I am outside of work; what really makes me happy.  I created a life that revolved around work. I have done work to be more aware of my own thoughts,  more aware of how I use social media, more aware of what I enjoy outside of teaching and this business. I learned that in order to really succeed in anything you do, you need to be confident in who you are at the core. Find a supportive communityDelete social media off your phone & only use intentionallyGet back to passions you thought were in the pastI hope this episode helps you to continue to discover who you are outside of teaching and reminds you that teaching isn't the only important part of your life.
