Listen "#36: Setting Expectations with Colleagues"
Episode Synopsis
Setting expectations is a critical piece in any professional space. It helps to create a working environment that is productive, motivating and collaborative. Have you ever worked with someone who didn’t meet your expectations? I know I have. It’s not easy and can be extraordinarily frustrating. In today’s episode, I give you two ways in which you can successfully share your expectations with those working alongside you. It’s what helped me after a year of working with colleagues who did not meet my expectations. I learned a lot from that experience and wanted to share that with you, in case you’re going through something similar. Thank you so much for listening to this episode today. I have a favor to ask you… if you enjoyed this episode as much as I did, I would be so appreciative if you could share this episode with your friends, leave a review, or just share the episode on Instagram and tag me @shapinglittlemindspodcast.
