The writings of a father is an everlasting imprint. Some writings you attempt to erase whereas others tend to remain with you desiring forgiveness and closure. Some writings may desire a deeper connection and other writings become the foundation of a healthy generational cycle.  This episode explores the writings of a father from two guests, Lef and Lydia. Both discuss their experiences as a child and how their father's writings molded them as well as set the foundation of fatherhood. Lef, a phenomenal father sheds light on the term "single dad" and shout out many other fathers he admire. Lydia, a courageous, strong woman discusses her father's challenges and how she has learned to forgive while finding peace.  Lef and Lydia acknowledge the writings of their father is significant to adulthood. Somewhere along the way, the writings of a father can be detrimental or beneficial.
