This time brings adventure, possibility, and excitement and we are going to grab all those chances with both hands, creating something brilliant and meaningful.In this podcast series, Kate Cook, Corporate Nutritionist, author, and keynote speaker of 2 plus decades will be interviewing all sorts of inspirational women who can help us understand what they are doing to move the needle of health and enthusiasm. Whether that is cold water swimming (yikes) or infra-red saunas, natural make-up (well, I certainly need a little help) to contribute to our communities in a meaningful way.We are definitely looking for the next great adventure, rather than using our age as an excuse to put our feet up.
