Rusty's Bio - My team specializes in multifamily and commercial re-development and development projects across the nation. We place our passive investor's funds into solid, cash-flowing projects and provide exceptional ongoing asset management and operations. In former positions, I have managed large teams and have planned, designed and implemented multiple projects in excess of $100MM while building out over 1.5MMSF of new building space.
I am a Colorado native and enjoy all things outdoors, motocross, snowboarding, fishing, building/fixing things, and traveling all around the world with my wife and three kids.
