Out of the human population of 7-Billion, each one of us has different DNA and life experience. No two people are the same.
Take that into account before you follow the trendy self-help advice that you might be different and it might not work for you. Waking up at 5 AM, skipping breakfast, affirmations — they all might not be for you.
Once you realize that not everything will work for you, what do you do? You have to break your old conditioning and actions that are not getting you what you want. Don’t get trapped in one-fix for all thinking.
If there was one fix then why wouldn’t everybody have it and solve their problems? There is no perfect book, perfect video or a perfect answer of mine that can change things for you. You have to take different knowledge from different places and experiment. Maybe it’s a sport for you instead of a work-out routine that makes you fit, maybe it’s a going to college and getting some experience instead of trying to make it as a drop-out. I don’t know but you will know, once you try. Break your patterns instead of trying to be a zombie following good-habits.
