The most important thing is... how do you return to self-care and self-love when those patterns show up?I have nothing but a deep sense of gratitude to my parents, teachers, coaches, and authority figures over the years who have believed in me and supported me in the best ways that they could. This episode is in no way meant to blame or shame anyone from my past who guided me safely through the early years of my life.
