You’ll learn the non-negotiables: nail technique first (bench/deadlift standards), use progressive overload and a simple peaking plan, and prioritize recovery and accessory work. For HYROX PFT, build your “engine” with zone-2, intervals, and strength-endurance; for Hybrid, balance conditioning with heavy lifting and practice a high-output session followed by heavy sets.
